PepPay is a simplified interface that allows customers to pay peptide vendors using Stripe’s crypto-to-fiat onramp.
PepPay is not:

A peptide vendor
A payment processor
A custodian or crypto wallet provider
A financial institution or money transmitter

Stripe manages all onboarding, identity checks, and payment flows.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful activities
Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or copy the payment workflow
Misrepresent your identity
Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations.

4. Payments & Transactions

All payments are processed by Stripe, not PepPay.
PepPay does not store, handle, or transmit sensitive payment information.
Transaction outcomes, eligibility, and KYC/KYB requirements are controlled solely by Stripe.
PepPay is not responsible for delays, reversals, failed payments, or crypto/network-related issues.

5. Vendor Relationship

PepPay is not a vendor or reseller.
Any issues regarding:

Product quality
Delivery
Legality of the purchased goods
Refunds or disputes

…must be handled directly with the vendor.

PepPay is not responsible for vendor behavior or products.

6. No Medical or Legal Advice

PepPay does not provide:

Medical advice
Health guidance
Legal or regulatory guidance

Peptides may be subject to regional restrictions or legal considerations.
Users are responsible for understanding all applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

PepPay does not warrant:

Availability or uptime
Accuracy of vendor information
Payment success
Compliance of vendor products
That the site will be error-free or secure

Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PepPay is not liable for lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or any loss related to payment transactions or vendor products.
PepPay’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid us (typically $0).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PepPay harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your interactions with vendors
Your violation of these Terms

10. Third-Party Services

Stripe and any other third-party tools you interact with are governed by their own terms.
PepPay is not responsible for their actions or policies.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
